Our aim and purpose as a fellowship of Christian believers is to:

GLORIFY GOD

The Westminster Catechism states that “the chief end of man is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever” As a worshipping community we desire to cultivate an awareness of God’s presence and to respond to His presence through faithful and obedient service. Through our love for and commitment to Jesus Christ, we desire to achieve that unity in the Spirit that makes us effective in our worship and service to God.

GROW IN CHRIST

We desire to grow into mature Christians who reflect the character of Christ in our day to day life. We desire to do this by reading, studying and meditating on God’s inspired Word, the Holy Bible. We value the encouragement of our fellowship with one another. We give ourselves to prayer and to be faithful to Christ in our daily lives.

CARE FOR ONE ANOTHER

We seek to be humble and unified in our life as the body of Christ. We share one another’s joys and sorrows and seek to grow together in Christ. We seek to recognize and encourage the gifts of the Spirit and the fruit of the Spirit in each others’ lives. We help each other when in need.

SHARE THE GOSPEL

Through the preaching of the gospel and our own personal witness in daily life, we seek to bring others to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and to experience everlasting life in Him. We seek to live a life of integrity that is consistent with the gospel we proclaim.
